Product Description:
This is a 4K Autofocus PDAF Samsung CMOS Sensor Night Vision MIPI Camera Module, developed with the Samsung Semiconductor S5KJN1SQ03 CMOS color image sensor as its core. It delivers 50MP effective pixels and 8192×6176 ultra-high resolution, while supporting 4K@30FPS video stream output. Through the collaborative operation of PDAF and Smart ISO technologies, it achieves outstanding imaging performance under complex lighting conditions. When facing fast-moving subjects, the PDAF (Phase Detection Autofocus) technology can lock the focus instantly; combined with the autofocus function, it prevents blurry images and motion blur. The Smart ISO technology, on the other hand, dynamically adjusts sensitivity in real time according to ambient light intensity—whether in scenarios of direct strong light, backlight contrast, or low-light dimness, it can quickly adapt and balance exposure. Supplemented by the HDR function, this ensures no loss of highlight details due to overexposure and no loss of shadow details in dynamic scenes.
The module’s image sensor measures 1/2.76 inch in size, with a pixel dimension of 0.64μm×0.64μm. It also integrates Tetrapixel 4-in-1 pixel merging, ISOCELL 2.0, and HDR functions, and is capable of outputting 10-bit RAW format raw data. In terms of optical configuration, it adopts a combination of an F1.8 large aperture and a 4.15mm focal length, providing a 76.4° field of view, and strictly controls TV distortion within 1.5%. For transmission, it uses a MIPI CSI-2 four-channel high-speed interface; in production, it integrates the COB (Chip on Board) process and AA (Active Alignment) manufacturing process.
