Product Description:
This is a USB 2.0 OCHFA10 CMOS machine vision endoscope camera module, centered on OmniVision’s OCHFA10 color image sensor, creating an all-round solution that balances high-definition imaging, flexible adaptation, and reliable quality. The module features 0.5MP pixels and 720×720 resolution, capable of stably outputting 720P@30FPS high-definition real-time images. The 1/17.5-inch sensor, paired with a 1.008μm×1.008μm pixel size, delivers excellent detail-capturing performance within a compact volume. It supports dual output formats of YUV and MJEPG simultaneously to meet diverse transmission and storage needs; with a field of view (FOV) of H86°×V86°, it is combined with a 0.418mm focal length, F5.0 aperture, and 5~50mm wide focusing range, while TV distortion is controlled at < -11%. The manual focusing design can accurately adapt to multiple detection distances.
The module adopts a Separated structure, connected to the DSP board via bonding wires. Its 1.6mm lens with Steel Shell combines slim size and structural strength, supporting IP67 dustproof and waterproof rating, and integrates 4 LED fill lights to supplement light in dim environments. In terms of interfaces, it is equipped with a Micro USB port, supporting USB 2.0 speed and UVC protocol, and is compatible with mainstream operating systems.
